We start by determining your fencing or deck needs and preferences. Our designers can assist you finalizing your conceptual vision and happy to offer any guidance along the way. A fence or deck is often an important addition to your property so the conceptual phase and planning is just as important as the construction of the structure(s).

We choose our materials carefully and meticulously to ensure our clients receive the best and get their moneys worth. We have the skilled labour to work with pressure treated (brown SIENNA) lumber, cedar, vinyl, composite and ALSO chainlink. A representative will guide you through the various materials that work well for your fence and help you make the best choice that fits your budget.

After the initial estimate, conceptual and preliminary phase. we will provide you with a detailed estimate and potential contract to review.

If the contract is confirmed we will go over scheduling and be sure to do our best to work around your needs . We will then. coordinate the installation date of your fence to maximize your convenience and set a potential completion date wether permitting.
Step 5

Once the start date for construction arrives and all your material is on site, a representative will meet with you at your site and introduce you to the crew(s) that will be working on your project. Our crews are always professional, respectful and friendly. If you ever have any questions along the way, feel free to approach them (when it is safe to do so or call the crew lead assigned to your project.

Once your fence or deck is installed and you have inspected it to be sure it meets your expectations, Debonair Regal guarantees a 3 year limited warranty for our work and also provide you with extended warranties that our suppliers guarantee.
